BShaw FX provides digital educational content and services, including but not limited to:

Because these products are digitally delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.
2. No Guarantees / No Refunds for Performance
BShaw FX does not guarantee profits, trading success, or specific financial outcomes.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Failure to achieve expected results

Personal dissatisfaction after accessing content

Decisions made using our educational materials
Trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Limited Refund Exceptions
A refund may be considered only if:

You experience a verifiable technical issue that prevents access to the purchased service

The issue is caused by BShaw FX

The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

The refund request is submitted within [7 or 14] days of purchase

The content or service has not been substantially accessed or completed
All approved refunds are issued at BShaw FX’s sole discretion.
4. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
For subscription-based services:

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date

Cancellation prevents future charges

No refunds are provided for charges already processed

Access remains available until the end of the current billing period
5. Chargebacks & Disputes (Stripe Compliance)
Customers agree to contact BShaw FX first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for services already delivered may result in:

Immediate suspension or termination of access

Permanent removal from all BShaw FX services

Submission of evidence to Stripe disputing the chargeback
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks violate this policy.
